First Photos of My New World

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ This is the small winding pathway leading to my new home. I am standing on the front steps and delighted to see no cars, no roadway. Just a delightful little archway. (Note to self ~ I think the green needs a touch of pruning!)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a scheduled post.
I may not be online after my move, so I may not be able to visit your blog.

These are the first photos of my new home. (They are a little ragged because I was going through the house with the real estate agent at the time and felt a bit nervous.) It may just be a rented home, somehow I feel a special touch of magical atmosphere here. I am still on my mountain, just a little further down. I love this area of Mornington Peninsula. I can't leave.

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ Back verandah view of Mount Martha across the bay. I am really looking forward to seeing the night lights from here. (And improving my photos too!)
~

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ One end of the back verandah has this amazing little "upper deck". I presume it is to get a better view of the bay. As yet, I have been too chicken to go up there to find out! The steps are narrowish. You can see through them. And it's high! I'm not good with heights! But I hope my love of photos will make me go up there, even if I crawl!

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ Already I can see sky views have creative possibilities too! Yes! There are those steps again! I have to get up there!

New world nerves linger
A little fear basks in hope
New views of old seas

Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ Even a walk up the road offers views of the water! Yahooooo!
