It's good to know even the houses have histories behind. My town used to have many factories that are nowadays in completely different use.
Nice photos, Gemma.

What a wonderful old building, ghosts of our past, brought back to life and faded sepia hues push the allure more into our past lives of faded glory. The architecture in your part of the world intrigues me, I'll have to delve into it more...keep shootin' the shots, love it!

All is well in the Nor'lunds, as we await yet another storm a brewin', rain now, but ice and snow on the way..I peck away, dreamin' of the sunny shores of Assie'lund...ha...the Dreamer

'Dining with ghosts' - I love how your mind works. Such insight to the things you see.
Lovely haiku.
Sepia works well with the old building.

Wonderful to see the old buildings recycled and made new.
